We are very much into family history ourselves. Trevor has been researching his forebears for over 40 years (unusually, he started as a teenager), and his wife and business partner Mary has been ancestor hunting for over 30 years. We met through the Members' Interests' lists of the Essex Society for Family History. We descend from a common ancestor in 1656 and are 10th cousins once removed. We are both long-standing members of the Society of Genealogists (Trevor since 1975), and Trevor is a founder member of both the Suffolk Family History Society and the Essex Society for Family History. Both Mary and Trevor have been very much involved with projects and publications for Suffolk Family History Society. Mary is chair and records secretary of The Bunting Society. Trevor is a founder committee member of the Computer Group of the Essex Society for Family History.
