Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Cancellation (Distance Selling Regulations):
You may cancel your order and return the software at your expense within seven working days after the day following delivery provided that the seal on the software has not been broken and the software is unused.
We will need to deduct our cost of postage, packing and card processing expenses from any refund that we make.
Shipping And Handling
The prices displayed on our website include shipping and handling to anywhere in the World.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you within one working day. Orders placed during a weekend are always despatched on a Mondy (except where there is a bank holiday).
International orders are generally despatched in under two working days.
You must inform us within 21 (28 for exports) working days if the goods are lost in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
In the case of goods received damaged you must inform us withing two working days.
Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payments are never collected from your credit card until the goods have been despatched.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included in the price and calculated at the current rate.
Orders from outside the EU are processed without VAT but the difference is used towards the cost of airmail postage.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our credit card processing site (HSBC Bank PLC), your personal details and credit card numbers are encrypted using the highest security available. Your credit card details are not released by the bank or even seen by TWR Computing at any point. They are not held on any web site other than at HSBC. Only when your order has been despatched is your actual payment processed by HSBC and sent to the account of TWR Computing.
We will replace software that is physically faulty when received by our customer.
In common with most software, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if the seal has been broken or if the software has been used.
If you need to reach us, please email us using the link on the store page, alternatively, you can call on 01709 863149 (International +44 01709 863149) or fax us on or write to us at Unit 1a Denaby Point Coalpit Road Denaby Main, Doncaster South Yorkshire DN12 4LH United Kingdom
We respect your privacy:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
d. Allow us to contact you about product updates and offers.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
In common with other software suppliers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if the seal has been broken or if the software has been used.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
