This issue of the Trades Directory series is unusual in that, following the usual Trades Directory (with entries sorted by trade within town), is a County Supplement which contains "lists of the County Councillors, County Residents and Farmers in the Counties of Midlothian, Peebles and Linlithgow".
The sections within the directory on the download are: Edinburgh & Leith Municipal Directory; Edinburgh & Leith Trades Directory; Edinburgh Suburbs Directory (Trades, Private Residents & Farmers); Midlothian Trades Directory; Peeblesshire Trades Directory; Linlithgowshire Trades Directory; County Supplement.
Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight. This is a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process. In addition, some of the corners of the scanned pages appear to be clipped. This is a result of having to scan at a slight angle to compensate for skewed print in the original publication.
