This latest and long-awaited version of Family Historian is a great update for enthusiasts of the program. Packed with new features the experienced user has much to explore but importantly the program has not lost any of its old functionality and new users may enjoy using it for the first time knowing that it will always deliver as and when they get further involved in their family history.

Support by My History is limited to telephone, email and in extreme cases, remote logging in (with your permission) to your computer. Help will often be provided by help sheets emailed to you after we have learnt about a specific problem you have encountered.

Support is only offered for installations on standard Windows 10 computers and specifically excludes other operating systems such as Linux, and Linux or MAC computers emulating Windows 10. Support is only available to customers of My History who have purhcased the pack detailed here. We do not support the program when it been bought through other sales channels.
