As with many of these directories, the map was missing from the partially disbound copy used for scanning when we obtained it. The Directory contains nearly 700 pages and comprises: Preface & Indexes; Places of Worship; General Information; Directory Supplement; Street Directory; Alphabetical Names Directory; Trades Directory. Also the larger towns of the county such as St Ives and Penzance have their own residents and professions directories, also there are Contemporary Advertisements throughout.

Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight. This is a feature of the original book rather than the scanning process.
